I release and hold harmless Jungle Paws Nation, its owners, coaches, volunteers, and staff from any liability, claims, or demands arising from participation in the program, except in cases of gross negligence or willful misconduct.*

I agree to receive text messages, phone calls, and emails regarding schedules, weather updates, events, registration, and program information.
